This optional Vehicle Service Plan will not pay or reimburse for mechanical breakdowns caused by misuse, abuse, negligence (including the negligence of any repair facility), improper towing, lack of maintenance of the failed covered part, contamination, damage as the result of continued operation with an overheat condition, lack of coolant or lubricants, lack of oil viscosity, sludge, restricted oil flow, salt, rust and rust damage, environmental damage or chemicals. No payment or reimbursement for the correction of oil consumption, repair of worn rings, or any repairs for reduction in engine efficiency that must be performed on your vehicle when a Mechanical Breakdown has not occurred.

Replacement parts utilized in connection with a mechanical breakdown will be, at the discretion of FWS, new or remanufactured OEM parts or used parts that meet the quality standards of the repair facility or FWS.

The product being offered is a Vehicle Service Plan and is separate and distinct from any product or service warranty which may be provided by the manufacturer, importer, or seller.

The product being offered is a Vehicle Service Plan and is separate and distinct from any product or service warranty which may be provided by the manufacturer, importer, or seller.

This Term Care Select Plan does not cover mechanical breakdowns caused by misuse, abuse, negligence (including the negligence of any repair facility), improper towing, lack of maintenance of a failed covered part, contamination, overheating, lack of coolant or lubricants, lack of oil viscosity, sludge, restricted oil flow, salt, rust and rust damage, environmental damage, or chemicals; burnt valves, worn or carbon fouled piston rings, the correction of oil consumption, or any repairs for reduction in engine efficiency that must be performed on the vehicle. Any maintenance on your vehicle is also not covered.

It’s no surprise that most major repairs happen after the original factory warranty has expired, leaving you to deal with all the inconvenience, time, energy and expense of those repairs. But with the EV+ ProtectTM Limited Warranty, you don’t have to.

Here’s what sets us apart:

  • Covers the vehicle’s battery, and battery systems under one plan.4
  • 1-year/12,000-mile limited warranty protection for used EVs.1
  • Multi-point inspection with recall analysis, road test, and key component checks.
  • 24-hour "Sign & Drive" roadside assistance—up to $50 for one year.2
  • Alternate transportation up to $50 per day, for a maximum of 10 days, if required for a covered repair.
  • Travel breakdown reimbursement up to $75 per day, for a maximum of $375, when a covered breakdown occurs more than 100 miles from home.
