The Car Care Service Plan includes valuable maintenance services that help you keep your vehicle qualified for factory warranty protection.

The Car Care Service Plan is simple:

The Car Care Service Plan may include the following:

LUBE, OIL AND FILTER

Helps keep your vehicle operating smoothly and helps ensure the long life of your engine.

MULTI-POINT VEHICLE INSPECTION

Helps identify any need for preventative maintenance before it’s a major problem.

TIRE ROTATION (PLUS PLANS ONLY)

Helps ensure your tires wear evenly and last longer.

AND MORE (ELITE PLANS ONLY)

Other services required under your maintenance guide for normal operating conditions.

CROSS COUNTRY MOTOR CLUB DRIVER’S ONECARD MEMBERSHIP

For the entire term of your Car Care Service Plan (including complimentary period), you will also receive:

  • Key Replacement Service*
  • 24-hour Roadside Assistance: $50 per occurrence
  • Emergency Towing Coverage: $50 per occurrence
  • Lost Key Retrieval
  • Trip Planning and Travel Discounts
  • Cross Country Perks

*In the event that your vehicle key and/or key fob is lost, stolen or destroyed, Driver’s OneCard will pay the cost of repairing or replacing the key and/or key fob up to $400, per single incident per year of the term of the contract.
